Chatfield Farms Wedding Denver, Colorado | Hayley + Kit

Hayley and Kit’s wedding day couldn’t have landed on a more beautiful afternoon. The weather was 70 with a warm breeze and beautiful for an outdoor wedding celebration at the Denver Botanic Gardens Chatfield Farm.

Kit, Hayley and I got to hang out during their engagement session last winter, and I was so excited to spend time with them on their wedding day.

Their joy, kindness and love for those around them are tangible the first time you meet them.

For example, during our engagement session, Hayley and Kit brought Littleman’s salted Oreo ice cream from Denver because I shared it was my husband’s absolute favorite.

Hayley and Kit shared the same love for salted orea and opted for an ice cream cart over a cake for their wedding day, which was a hit on the dance floor during their reception.

Their wedding day filled with love. They invited their closest friends and family members to celebrate with them, and you could feel the love and joy in the air.

I’ll let the photos share the rest of the story; as I look through them – I can replay the speeches by Kit’s groomsmen, the beautiful testimony from their pastor during their ceremony, and I can feel the love and excitement of Hayley and Kit as they began their lives together as a married couple!

They are expecting a little girl in just a few weeks and I am so excited to watch them become parents.

Her photos speak for themselves but the woman behind the camera is equally as amazing. She was gracious with our guests (parents) that felt like they needed their own iphone pictures, always responsive, was everywhere on our wedding day (without us even noticing half of the time), was responsive and helpful in the planning process, and honestly just someone my husband and I would want to be friends with in real life. We are so grateful for Sarah!”
